If you are using Boot Camp, then this is the easiest way to do it.
Windows 7 should be installed as a dual boot OS using Boot Camp.
Simply go to BootCamp Assistant. Check "remove Windows 7" and press continue.
Your partition will be migrated with the MAC OS partition.
